I got hurt at work and I'm on workmens comp. Informed one main. I have insurance on the loan, I was told i covered no worries. 3 weeks later they take the payment out of my account. Even though it was paid already from the insurance. So know l have to wat 2 weeks to get my money back. I will never use them again and will tell any and everyone not to use OneMain.

I have dealt with one main for about a year and recently renewed my loan. Lisa is awesome and everyone in the office is so friendly. I would recommend One Main to my family and friends.

They call me at least once a day, for the last week. Asking about a loan I “put an inquiry In for”. I finally call them so I can get them to stop calling me, and they ask me a bunch of personal information. Very unprofessional. Eventually just had to block they number.
