We had the great pleasure of getting to do our business with Jenny Little at the Glasgow Kentucky branch. She was super professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a loan.

Experiencing a scam as an elderly customer I felt embarrassed and confused. Jenny Little has been an absolute treasure during this confusing and stressful time. I'm not computer savvy and she walked me through each step, never getting frustrated with my inexperience. Thank you Jenny!

I wish I could give 0 stars but I can not. With that being said, the staff is very friendly- but, we refinanced through this company March 2021 to get a better interest rate. It’s currently Feb 2022 and I STILL HAVE YET to get my car title back. Voice my concerns monthly and keep getting a run around. Would not recommend loans through Abound unless you want your vehicle title to be lost for 11 months with no real answers.

I had banked with Fort Knox Credit Union/Abound for over 10 years until they changed to Abound and recently slapped me with $465 of overcharges from a series of $2 PayPal charity donations. Abound “solutions department” closed my account with no resolution. Abound is not a credit union , it is a scam!

Fast, helpful, and friendly service. Low fees and minimum balance. Clean and organized lobby. Easy to use ATMs with remote assistance from staff during business hours. Good location with multiple parking lot entrances. Only complaint is that there is no local number listed and you have to wait on hold with the 800 number to ask a simple question that might only be answerable by a local person, leaving you no choice but to go in. Otherwise, a great local CU.

Switching to Abound Credit Union was one of the best decisions my family could have made. Before making the switch, I had a notebook full of questions and was nervous that it would inconvenience the tellers. However, Megan was more than happy to assist me. She was extremely polite and helpful. If she did not know an answer, she was adamantly searching for it. Based on her extraordinary customer service skills, I had already decided to switch before leaving the parking lot. The following day, my husband and I withdrew all our funds from our previous bank and went straight to Abound. Once we entered the bank, we were promptly greeted by Jenny. She mentioned that she remembered me from the day before and was glad to see us return. I tried to forewarn her that we would have multiple accounts and questions, but that did not faze her. Jenny took the extra time to not only answer all the questions that I forgot to ask the day before but also explain all the processes of accounts and loans that we may want to use in the future. She is an extremely likable person, and we were able to converse on many topics. She made my husband and me feel like we’ve been friends for years! Abound Credit Union is very lucky to have these ladies employed at the Glasgow location!

If you all need a loan officer who is quick, efficient, caring and genuinely wants to help you fulfill your dreams, Laura B. Is your girl. We were able to purchase my best friend’s truck before she moved to Germany TOMORROW. Without Laura there’s no way we could have completed this transaction as quickly as we did. We just got the title, registration and insurance! Of course I sent Laura a photo because she made this happen ❤️

Kayla Fletcher really put in the work to get me the loan for my car. It was an out of state purchase with different laws on how the title transfer works, but she did what she needed to do so I was able to make the purchase. The interest rate and payments were also lower than the last time I had purchased a vehicle. I'm very satisfied!
