I tried to notify these people that a friend was in the hospital icu and I wanted to pay his payment that was due but they wouldn’t even leave a note in his file that I called and he was in hospital. I tried to get this paid and not have late payment on his account but because I don’t have POA they wouldn’t even leave a note on file. I understand if I was wanting his financial info but not even leaving a message that he was in hospital is ridiculous. I wanted to pay this now I’m wondering if he has to pay more if he’s late maybe that’s what they’re after. I have enough to deal with with him sick I didn’t need her being rude when I was trying to pay the bill.
