I was super happy and excited when they gave me my loan. And I've paid them first because of that. They were great when I needed them initially. Now when I need them, they can't help me. No reason. If I can't count on them when I need help, I'll find someone else I can count on.

Worst customer service skill every. Especially with the manager Tracey Once my loan is paid back I’ll never deal with them again. Even if you’re one day late they will call and harass you and anyone else listed. Never do buisness with them

Worst customer service ever. No matter how hard you try to explain to them that you’ll be in on a certain date they are still incredibly rude. Once the loan we have is paid off we will never step another foot back in the doors.
