I would never recommend one main in Henderson especially Chris Baize. He was extremely rude and unprofessional to us during the entire time we were in the branch office. Incredibly after we were in the office we were at a local gas station and saw him. We said and did nothing to him but he flipped us off with his middle finger twice. I was sitting in my car when he arrived. He got out of his vehicle and flipped me off to which I did nothing. He then went to the door of the gas station and flipped us off again. The next morning my husband went to the office because I left my purse there, and they defended him while he stood there laughing at my husband. I was upset by all the smart comments and smirks while we were in the office but never once was an apology made or did they ever change course in how they were treating us. Chris was rude the entire time we were there. My six yr old son said he needed to use the bathroom really bad to which Chris rudely told me wasn't allowed even as my son said he couldnt wait and was going to pee in his underwear. Then they were really rude to me saying I had to take him somewhere else or go outside. He isn't a toddler so he did not pee in his clothes. The lady in charge ?Michelle then came to tell me how unacceptable it was for my son to pee on himself and that I needed to leave. I actually had no way to take him anywhere because my husband had left to get a needed paper. The lady in charge ?Michelle never asked if she could be of help or do anything to remedy the situation. They did in fact make a big deal the next am that they were going to clean and sanitize the whole office though there was nothing wet there whatsoever. I am trying to understand how they could not let him use the restroom and clean the toilet but now are going to clean the entire office. The manager said they were extremely professional to us. It doesn't take much common sense to figure out that if someone in your office is going to receive money but is very upset there might be a problem. Again the manager did NOTHING to remedy the situation or apologize or offer help. All of this rudeness is because we came in 30 min before they closed. We also left before they closed. This is how they treat customers who are going to pay back loans with interest?

We needed a loan because we were trying to get our credit scores higher. A personal loan was just a way to do it. We did not have to have the loan for anything specific so when they called 7 times in one day first my bf then me 7 times each. We almost backed out because of the calls. Now its signed but they are still calling. I will admit that these people are a little on the pushy side.

I enjoyed working with Chris Baize at One Main. My loan had to be within certain limits. I appreciate Chris being there to help me. The process went fairly quick considering that I was working on buying a car out of town. Thank you for everything!

If you want to get rid of a lot of payments and pay off some items to get a lower payment each month just call these folks! Talk about fast, courteous and wonderful! Kaylee and Michelle are your go-to ladies! Started this process in the afternoon and a few hours later we breathed a sigh of relief as we got several items paid off and a lower monthly out-going payment. Just give them a call. You won't be sorry!

I was told last week.i was approved for a loan with this company. I had to do all of the foot work. Then when it came time to get the loans final approval, and this is after I had signed the loan papers, I was denied. They didn't put in the right amounts to pay off loans , which they had to gegin with, which was the whole purpose of going to them. I dealt with them everyday for over a week and each day it was a different story. I told the manager , Kelly,how disapointed I was with thier process. They had all the facts but could not plug the numbers in the same each time . Each time it was different. I don't recommend them . There are other institutions such as a credit union that will give you better intrest rate and service.

My experience with the Henderson Kentucky branch was awesome! Your employees are very professional and very knowledgeable. The woman that took care of me there, I can't remember her name...but she was nice and welcoming. She has the very first desk when you come in the front door snd has reddish brown hair that I remember. Anyway, She answered all of my questions and I was in and out in about twenty minutes. I could definitely tell that she needed a foot massage. Especially after wearing those (Flats) all day. I will definitely do business with them again in the future!
