In times like the ones we are living empathy is needed with others, being kind and courtesy is free. It says a lot about a business, the professionalism with which situations are handled much more. I received a very unprofessional letter a rude one from this establishment because I couldn't meet on the day I told I was going to pay my loan, which was 3 days late on that specific day it was a Friday January 22 but I went on the next following Monday January 25 and make my payment today Thursday January 28 I received a very rude and unprofessional letter from this establishment so to tell you if I recommend this place for business please go somewhere else where you can be treated with respect and professionalism

My husband and I have had nothing but rude people.... Communication is not there. Don't know how many times we told them I got paid biweekly, and gave a specific date we would pay. But still get harassing calls saying we didn't pay. And telling my husband he was lying. All because someone didn't communicate by writing it down. We wanted to pay our loan off when we got it,we had the money. But yet again communicating is off!! This whole process is now over and so glad.will never do business with them or recommend them.

This company has the sweetest people especially Ms.Trina. They never gave us a hard time and I would love to work with them again !!

Love this place. Courteous to say the least. Always greeted with a smile and willing to help in any way they can.

This place is horrible, the workers have bad attitudes, they act like they wanna help then call and call. I advise people to do business else where!!!
