Just be cautious. I started back in April 2020 to get a refinance done and didn’t get to close until January 2021. Of course I let a lot slide because COVID did delay it some, but 9 months? Come on now. And if they tell you something like waiving any costs or fees..get it in writing. The good: the people were nice and were good about returning my calls/emails
