TERRIBLE!!! Customer service is key and you will get none of that there. Everyone there is completely rude. EVERYONE. I have been in customer service since high school, also I have been in management and I can't believe the way they talk to people. I have NEVER had even a late payment report on my credit report since I've been with them and they talk to you like you are 90 days behind. I'm in complete shock. Eagles is the best place to get a loan in Lexington, I have been with them twice. I'm shocked at the way I just got talked to. I had to hang up so I wouldn't be disrespectful. And I was making a payment.

If I could rate 0 I would. I've had a loan with them for years; during the first 3 I had never been late, not even once. Recently I have been under financial pressure because of some medical bills that unexpectedly came up... I was late 17 days on my payment (which is also 29% APR, by the way) and towards the end of the month, I began to receive very rude and unprofessional calls and voice messages while at work. I've paid almost $8,000 towards my loan and now only owe around $2,000... each payment I make is barely enough to cover the interest each month. The lady who called has been threatening me that they are going to come repo my car because it's the "end of the month and once we move into the new month, and if I haven't paid, they will come reposses my car." I had only been late once and now the second time I am late, I am getting the same threats. The manager needs to take a look at who this Representative is who is poorly representing their brand and either retrain her or let her go. I work in customer service myself, and never would I EVER talk to a guest the way she has talked to me. To the owner or Manager of Lendmark Financial in Lexington, Kentucky: please feel free to reach out to me at anytime to try and identify this person before you have no customers left. **edit- her name is Mary. The others at least try t ok be professional, this Mary woman shouldn't be in a position where she has to speak to customers. Ever.

*UPDATE After dealing with them for almost 2 yrs, my opinion of 1 woman has changed. I believe her name is Mary and she has become my go to...granted, i talk to her each month to either have her deduct my pymt from acct or to move it to the end of the month. She is cheerful and polite. They wont work with anyone. Rude. Lie. Unbending and uncaring. Most unprofessional bunch of people i have ever had to deal with.

2 yrs 9 mos ago, i was abruptly & rudely thrown into having to buy another car. Lendmark financed it and for the first yr, i struggled with the pymt as well as other financial issues. That 1st yr with them was HORRIBLE! They were unbending & refused to work with me. But...since then, the relationship with them has gotten sooo much better.

Im a current customer and ill admit I have been a month behind, yet still pay the full amount when adding next month bill along with the late fee. Just as of tonight one of the lenders called me 5x through the entire day. When i called them back one of the lenders decided to raise their voice and was being unprofessional wonder why I put down a partial payment even though this is my pay week and i was going to make the full payment. However that lender refuses to make an extension for a couple of days and need the payment immediately due to lack of labor.
