Lindsey ( in the Lexington branch ) was so great to work with. She treated me with much respect and kindness. She was very patient and worked with me and all of my questions.

The whole staff is very professional and efficient. Shout out for Joey, he has helped me thru several loans. It doesn't take a long time to go thru the process and you can have your money right there. Great company great people.

They'll blow your phone up even if you tell them when you're coming in. I guess if you aren't super nice they don't want to help in the end. Literal waste of time and I really don't have much to spend on BS like this. Just don't bother.

They call daily a several days before each payment is even due, call wanting us to increase our loan but as soon as I want to pay off my balance I can't get anyone to respond.

Do whatever you can to avoid getting a loan here. Interest bearing loans are suffocating. And the staff makes it so much worse. They want you to keep paying on it forever. So they ask you to refinance trying to sell it by saying you’ll have a lower monthly payment. You end up paying 25% principal and 75% interest. Save yourself time and money. Do not use this or any other “quick approval, low credit accepted” loan services.
