World Finance is the best! They really care about their customers and they can pull you through. The staff at the Richmond Road location definitely go above and beyond!!!!

I have been doing business at this location for a few years and I have never had a negative encounter! I love the staff, and they always make me feel welcome no matter what. I recently was diagnosed with a heart condition this year and they went out of their way to help me. And to make sure that I was ok! That was their main concern! Absolutely love you guys and I will continue to be a customer!!

Totally disappointed. Was informed I was approved for the small loan I had requested. When speaking with the front desk lady she told me everything I needed to bring in. I scheduled an appointment to complete the loan for the following day. I went into the office today with all documents she requested. Only to find out that now she wanted the title to my vehicle. The only reason I had requested the loan was to complete some repairs needed on my car and sell it. I cant sell it if there is an active lean on the car. I was only receiving $600.00 and would be paying it back in full within this same month so there would be no interest accrued on the loan. Totally disappointed! Will not be back and will not recommend. Putting a lean on my vehicle was NEVER discussed, because if it was I would have never agreed to the loan. When she spoke with her supervisor she never mentioned that the loan was for repairs on my vehicle to sell it nor did she mention I would be paying the loan back in full within the first 30 days of the loan. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!
