Cash Express, Louisville, KY

This is the only location I will go to Tanya and Felicia are the greatest. I've Been coming here for 5 years. I have a cash express office that just opened up 2 minutes from my house but I drive 45 minutes to this location because of these girls hospitality. You cant get better service than these girls give. Girl who assisted me awesome young lady the old lady nope not very professional obviously she didn't understand her assignment as to check well before making a decision it's ok though felt uncomfortable with her .

All the employees have been nice and courteous to me and help me in anyway they good they deserve at least a four star it’s stressful dealing with money on both sides I think they handle it very well hats off to My Middletown branch

I have been in coustomer service for almost 6 years now and I don’t think I’ve had to encounter a person with such bad attitude. My experience at this location was pitiful.. I left the store with my issue unresolved and sad.... I will not be returning. :((((

Bad customer service they charge 20$ for a check that's 300. And they won't tell you over the phone how much they charge. Don't waste time going here.
