Once again I found myself in a predicament. This time around, I was greeted politely. I approached the counter hesitantly to ask about the fees. Scott was professional and gave me a price. No haggling, no problem! Within 5 minutes or so, I was on my way. Glad this experience was much better than the last.

The over weight white lady is very rude, and talked to me like I was stupid the whole time

Miss ms Tina being around she was comedy lol but Mr Raquel and Scott always get me together had a small issue wit my card but they fixed that problem quickly since then I never had any issues with the establishment so far.

They are really nice people #legit Very helpful & Nothing makes me more happier then seeing them two beautiful "lady's"great customer service....

I ask them a simple question with no type of disrespect and they told me never to come back because i was being rude?

Worst customer service ever. They had me drive all the way into their store. About a 20 minute drive on a 100° day to cash A check that was given to me by an attorney. Only 127$ it did say check cashing store may not cash (may not), but I figured I'd better call before and I explained EXACTLY WHAT IT SAID, and their response "No Problem, come on in." Me: "are you sure?" YES. I drive 20 minutes in the heat only to be told no. I explained everything and the bad thing they had me sign it and that goes in to part 2 of the story how this caused me to have problems at the check cashing store next door basically, but back to what is important. This place is full of employees that lie , unhelpful, and really they had no reason to. Could have just told me on the phone NO we can't cash that type of check. Because the reason was it becauseof what it said. On the front exactly the question I asked before they wasted literally 2 hours of my time whe i called smh😏 very stupid

Lakin has been very helpful to me on numerous occasions with my check cashing and green card. Always pleasant and with a smile.

Very cooperative & helpful people. Lakyn is amazing and so easy to talk to. Will definitely come back to this location.
