THEY DO NOT REPORT YOUR PAYMENTS TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS! I was advised they do and have been but THEY LIED. I paid off my balance early and my payments as well as my pif account has YET to be reflected on my credit report. I also tried to take a 300 loan making 4500 a month with the intention of giving it right back within 3 days. I received an immediate denial when I thought paying my balance 6 months early would help me in the future it hurt me instead. So on top of being denied 300 measly bucks from these people NOT 1 payment reflected on my credit report, I'm LIVID at this point. I am considering going to the BBB for false advertisement and I saved my text messages from them regarding the credit reports discussions! They're definitely unorganized, I would NOT recommend. You better off getting a payday loan or going to One Main Financial or Omega- they report ALL payments each month, answer phones PROFESSIONALLY and DO NOT TEXT YOU! This place is a joke.

I applied for a loan for $300 and received a message saying I was approved and to send paystubs and bank statements. The only way they communicate is through text and email. You can try to call them but it’ll go to voicemail then a couple minutes after you leave a message someone will text you. I texted them that I sent over my paperwork and they texted me back saying they are not giving out loans at this time. A little confusing when you receive an email saying you’re approved but ok. Then the next day I received an email saying I was denied due to my inability to pay. I asked for $300 and I make $1400 every two weeks after taxes. The only reason I asked for the loan was because my job had issues with payroll and I needed groceries until they sent me a paper check in the mail and I was going to pay it all back. I’m sure they’ll tell me they reserve the right to verify their applicant information through their underwriting process and that’s true, they absolutely do. All I’m saying is that it’s unprofessional to tell someone they are approved only to tell them no when they turn in their proof of income. That and not wanting to actually talk to your customers when they call you, just a text message right after you leave a voicemail just kind of rubs me the wrong way, I dunno. Maybe people won’t be nearly as upset if you just tell them that their approval is pending rather than saying yes up front and giving someone hope they can get through their hardships during this pandemic only to tell them no when they take the time to prove they are more than able to make payments. My issue is that you sent me a message saying that was approved for a loan and to send my paystubs and a bank statement and I would receive my funds. When I sent my paperwork you told me you were not taking applications at this time. This is the issue I have with your company.

I was pre approved for this loan. I submitted everything they needed and there is nothing on there website that states they check your credit. On top of that they do not call you back in no timely manner. They say they help people but the only thing they do is get peoples hopes up when they actually need the help.

wow this place is a sham. i went to apply all i did was put my name and how much i was looking to borrow and didn't fill out any thing else, and i was told that they cant help me. like for real can i at lest fill out the whole application before you tell me you can't help me.

I have taken 2 loans out with Credit Fair-E. They are very honest company with very personable and polite staff. They have been very helpful with any questions I have had. I would strongly recommend this company for your loan needs.
