My Loan Officer, Sammy demonstrated high standards of professional conduct in walking me through the process in obtaining my new boat financing. Sammy effectively translates complex information into common terms and took the time to explain anything that I did not understand. Her ingenuity in anticipating and meeting unexpected situations allowed her the ability to obtain the lowest interest rate for my loan. I also appreciated her availability when every needed for a call. Sammy made the process very smooth and flawless considering the logistics involved in my purchase. Thank Corey for making this process painless. From start to finish it was about a week and we had the funds for our RV. Corey and Jordan were amazing at answering all my questions and they explained everything. I never felt rushed and they were pushy like the dealerships we went to for the past months. Outstanding service from start to finish! I have never worked with a lender that made it both easy and a pleasant experience to get a loan from. Other lenders I've worked with sometimes give predatory rates which are way too high for my credit score, and only after I point out that I got a lower rate from a competitor do they give a lower rate. MyFinancingUSA was not like that at all, they gave me the best rate on the market on day 1. Not only was the rate great, but they made the WHOLE process so easy by providing clear and easy instructions to help along the whole process from buying from a private seller which involves more paperwork and is more hassle than buying from a dealership. Overall I am extremely satisfied, I will come back to them for all future purchases that require a loan of any sort! I worked directly with Ryan Theisen throughout most of the process, and he was always available, gave quick responses, and helped me secure a purchase for a very good deal quickly.
