Everyone is friendly but kinda dis-organized. I had up-loaded all documents required and when I arrived at my appointment the women asked for them again. No one told me to bring copies. The lady told me I needed to find the email where I had sent them in. It was pouring down rain that day, I had left work early for the appointment and drove an hour to get to the appointment. Then after about 5-10 min. the lady says, "Oh, here they are! You did up-load them." Other than this the appointment went fine. Thank you!
