Worst Place to secure a Loan. The branch manager, and the Lady Terry Strong are all incompetent. Their cooperate office needs to look into the daily business activities. Either they are not fully trained on how to close Loans or they all need to be replaced. I applied for a personal loan and the lady told me I was approved. Instead of informing me about all the documents I need before coming to the office, they made me you go back and forth like I don't have anything else to do. if they have a careline, I strongly recommend the head office to make some investigation as to why customers keep getting turn away after being approved for a loan.

I went to apply for a loan knowing my credit wasn’t very good but I had really good collateral I wasn’t even asked about my Collateral even after telling The agent that I had collateral and of course a hard credit check was done which lowered my credit number I explained all this to him he just didn’t care. I told him about my credit and told him I did not want to run this credit check if you did not consider my collateral. He did what he wanted and that was exactly what I asked him not to do so of course my credit score got lowered and I was denied how is a person supposed to rebuild your credit with people like him
