Overall- I had a hard inquiry on my credit twice, was told I was approved for $1700 but had to go to take a paper from their branch to a different branch and bring it back (per their request) to be notarized, told “I entered my social security number in wrong online” (although they were able to pull my credit with this incorrect social) , then told I only qualified for $500. All this took 2 days, 4 hours of vacation time and numerous phone calls because the person was new. By the way, this is my third time working with this company with me having top notch amazing service the first 2 times. I will not return again.

The staff was really helpful and friendly and gave me a feeling that I really mattered I'd recommend one main financial to anyone who needed money

If I could this place -10 stars I would. This is literally the worst place to get a freaking loan through. I borrowed 3,000 for my wedding 2 years, guess what they never told me every single bit of the interest was paid up front. I’ve paid them well over 4,000 so far and still over 3,700. I’ve never missed a payment. It’s always been paid on time through auto pay. These people are a bunch of crooks. 🤬🤬🤬
