Got a call from someone whose English skills were so poor, I could barely understand them. Shame on you for outsourcing when there are so many needing jobs here in the USA!!! Also, the purpose of the call was incorrect. The account in question had been prepaid for two months and wouldn't be due until the begining of Feb. Had the payment in fact not been made, it was still too early to have been calling. Poor business practices don't make for happy customers.
