Old National Bank, Madisonville, KY

This is the WORST bank EVER! If I could leave zero stars I would. I was an old national customer for 11 years. Their interest rates are garbage (.03% on a money market account) and their customer service is non existent (I waited on hold for an HOUR AND 5 MINUTES after I was told I had to call the branch I opened the account at to resolve an issue only for the automated system to tell me they were now closed)

I'm so disappointed in this branch and even old national period. The guy that was purchasing house was a week from closing and done paid all money for inspection and appraisal and everything else and also time they told him they couldn't give loan. You know at that point within a week of closing that is bad this should of been address at first and whats bad it was nothing serious. I would not recommend this bank at all for homes loans or banking general. If they treat there customers like that then that no good to me. They also fired the lady that was overseeing the loan so what really happened its unknown I guess.

This branch is awful. Every time I go in, there’s only one teller working. The staff is unfriendly. I try not to visit the bank unless absolutely necessary. I placed a check order with Hannah last month, which should be simple but I haven’t received it. I called and the order was never placed! If this is the typical level of service I’ll get, I’ll bank somewhere else. Do better Old National
