Received cabin damaged. They fixed the hole in the exterior wall and put a new sheet of metal on the roof to stop the water (metal is not laid flat) After 2 months still have not fixed non working front door lock, back door that will not freely open and close, wood on floors not laying flat and damaged roof trim. I am strongly considering taking legal action against this company for breach of contract.

Our shed arrived promptly but the roof was damaged. Contacted the company and they came to fix it in just a couple of days. I was surprised as it usually takes longer with other companies we have dealt with. Very friendly and professional staff.

Woodward made it very easy to swap my mom's cabin to my name, and have it moved so that I could keep it when she passed away unexpectedly. My mom worked really hard for her cabin and was proud of it. I'm glad I get to keep it in the family. They have made everything easy on me during the process. Thank you!

This company is absolutely horrible to work with! Bought a building in Missouri, didn't know they were going to sell the contract to this company in Kentucky. They have been horrible to deal with. Disrespectful! Rude! They absolutely set you up to fail!
