I’ve been a customer with mariner for a little while. I had an incident and the way it was handled wasn’t quite the best way or in the best interest of the me being the customer. I left the office in tears basically because I was backed into the corner into another loan and lien on my vehicle. Gail, handed me a loan proposal sheet telling me what my loan was for not even mentioning it being optional. She had her employees deny me from getting corporates number. She treated me as if I was less than her. Forced me to take insurances never mentioning they were optional either.
