My husband has Alzheimer's once we received the diagnosis I had to take over our money. I have had to change debit cards because he compromised the account. But this time I have told them and filled out the work. They are accusing my very sick husband of ordering something off Amazon. Com Seattle WA no phone number. I know for a fact he didn't have the card this time I hide it the locked it in a safe. I'm moving to enough bank oh and I lost my 30 year old daughter to suicide 1-2-2022. They don't care! DON'T USE THIS BANK!

The Lone Oak Branch for Paducah Bank and Trust is a decent and convenient place to do business with friendly staff and helpful people. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible throughout. One thing that I don't like about this location or branch is that their ATM is not on site but in a grocery store parking lot not far from the branch.

The staff at Lone Oak has always been helpful. Recently we had a family emergency and Michele went WAY above and beyond to help us. Nothing but good things to say about this bank and the people who work there.

I have been with Paducah Bank for 20 plus years and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent experience in opening an account. They are always friendly and ready to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
