OneMain Financial, Paintsville, KY

I applied for a personal loan and everyone I spoke with is very friendly, no issues there. I'm self-employed so they told me they had to validate my income through a couple managers. But it's been a week and I can't seem to get a return phone call. I've called during business hours and left voicemails and have not had my calls returned. I have since applied and been approved for a loan through another company. I assume One Main cannot help me, but it would have been nice to have a little more communication.

2 stars for one helpful employee who did his best but the rest, no. I uploaded what was asked the first time then they asked for another paycheck stub 2 weeks later. Fine. They didn't email the link until i called them back. I do thar and their system tries to say I'm fraudulent. They didn't say why on rejection call, just gave me the main number saying "we couldn't verify income" which had me upload transcripts of my taxes. Still "couldn't verify income" the helpful employee gave me the fraud department's number which all I could do there is leave a message. Not helpful at all. Only one person even doing the basic follow up that should be! Don't bother if you need money

My experience was excellent. Breanna did a fantastic job explaining everything to me, and made the process so easy. I was able to complete everything over the phone and online. Highly recommend!

Did most of the app on line. Went to store to sign (old fashion) but was made to feel at home. She explained everything about the loan. Walked out with check in 15 minutes. Love this place!
