The only reason I'm giving this review one star is that if I don't give at least one, I can't leave a review. Abound may as well close all of their brick and mortar locations because apparently they can't help with much of anything if you want them to do anything face to face! If I have a loan or want to using a banking institution, I want to be able to do my business face to face. I understand that in this day and time, there are lots of things that need to be done "on line". On this earth, I will never take out another loan with Abound. My wife and I have two auto loans with Abound. We have our checking and savings accounts somewhere else. We recently moved our checking and savings accounts from one bank to another. When I went into my local Abound to give them our new account information, you'd have thought I was asking for their first born child. I was told I had to take care of that "on line". I've never done anything with Abound "on line". Everything I've ever done has been over the phone or in person. A gentleman was kind enough to show me how to enter the new account information for one of the loans. When my wife and I went "on line" and entered the information for the new checking account for the other loan, I'm not sure what we did, but this month's payment did not come out. I went into our local Abound, again, and was told they could do nothing to help. Whatever I needed would have to be taken care of "on line". Extremely poor customer service! Almost to the point of being rude! No smiles! They suck!! Go anywhere but here for your banking needs!!!

*was 5star when Fort Knox
*went to 3 star once nobody could help me reopen my online banking or knew how since the transition. I gave up and still don't have online banking.
*went to a 2 when it took them months to fix a double withdrawal that happened with door dash.
*went down to a -1 today and you won't believe what they did this time.
They will allow your minor teen-child to walk in by themselves and open a checking account without your knowledge, permission or presence. They will give the person a debit card the same day under your name without requesting ID from your child or ID of you, they will not try to even contact you and they will not ask the child for your social security number or bank account number. The reason why they do this is because they have seen you with your child in the bank before so they just figured it was fine. So if you often go to the bank with someone else be aware that they will not protect you if someone wants to get a debit card under your name.

I have been in the process of purchasing a travel trailer since July 2023. And have just now finally gotten it registered and titled, as of Sep 2023.
This was one of the craziest experiences I have even Had. Every single issue was with the out of state dealer NOT Abound. There were 3 ladies that went above and beyond to ensure I had all the support I needed. 1st Shaana Logsdon who completed my loan. She came in on a Saturday to ensure the check was mailed to dealership. And checked in with me every step of the way. And even after the loan checked in on myself and wife.
Next -Jennifer O’bryan is the MST that helped me figure out why/ where the title was. Spent a couple hrs helping me. Finally- Sam Nielsen in the Title department. Sam broke the issues down so I could understand why the dealership did what they did, and she even came to the DMV to walk me threw the process, again above and beyond. All this help after I drove 4 hrs to try and get this taken care of. ABOUND you can’t be paying these Ladies enough? So you must be taking care of them , because they were more than willing to help. “CUSTOMER SERVICE” in 2023?? No way . They deserve at a minimum a lunch and a thank you.I am a customer for life.

We walked in right before a long Holiday weekend to open an CD account and open 2 new accounts. I was pleased with the commitment to customer service and satisfaction. I honestly thought I needed an appointment to be seen. Rhiannon the branch manager patiently explained every product offered and helped us make an informed decision.
