Multiple times my direct deposit has been sent from my employer early so it can be deposited before a holiday or a weekend and they do not deposit it, forcing me to be without my money for up to 3 to 4 days longer. This is unacceptable and will most likely steer me to another bank.

Been with yal since my dad opened an account for me when I was 7. I'm now 29. On hold for 30+ minutes is not a good look. At least allow the opportunity to hold the spot for a call back or to leave a message? The app is cool, but those other features for calling in should be standard as well to run with the big boys.

I've been with Fort Knox Federal Credit Union for over 20 years. They changed to Abound and I've had nothing but trouble! You have to use their new app, but can't use the new app because it won't recognize your password. I changed it 3 times and it still wouldn't let me access my accounts! I was on hold for over 2 hours when I called and was then kicked to voicemail. Not happy at all!!!

The customer service at this location is great. Donnie took care of my requests quickly and with enthusiasm. Hajar is equally awesome and really made the loan process a piece of cake. Good people, okay bank.

there is no customer service on the weekends! so if you forget your password or get locked out on your app or the website! my info is not wrong!! so i cant access my account until monday! they are a bank they should have 247 customer service!!!! im switching banks asap.. nothing but problems!

Brittney Clayton has been nothing less than amazing. I’ve had a lot of issues with my car loan due to my insurance company, and Brittney has been so helpful figuring everything out for me and giving me the answers to my questions. I’ve been an Abound member since I was in high school and I have never been disappointed with their services, banking wise and hospitality wise. Today I came in for questions about debt consolidation loans and Trevor was absolutely wonderful!! He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful when we were confusing ourselves (and probably him too!!)! Abound has plenty of great employees there but if you want the best ask for Trevor!! 10/10
