The ladies there are very nice and sweet work very hard to help the people who goes to them for help in Richmond Kentucky not just saying this it's very true they even check on you as well.

Bad place to deal with. Got a loan in 2011. Loan got charged off they just sent a letter today that they are going to aggressively pursue the collection of the loan...even during this pandemic ...really? Good luck ... Maybe I need to pursue a lawyer to investigate your companies shady business practices...yes I still have the letters you sent years ago about putting me in jail and all ...what a joke these people are

Amazing place to get a loan! Great people! They only show up at your house if you avoid paying, they don’t make unauthorized transactions, they verify ALL payments before processing them! They exhaust all resources to try to help every single person that calls or walks through the door! 10/10 recommend!

They are thieves. They have made an unauthorized transaction with my bank card, they call at all hours of the day, even when you are not behind. Very shady. I've made a complaint with the BBB and with the county attorney,would not recommend this place to anyone.

I used them to finance some furniture at furniture world and I’ve had nothing but good dealings with these people and they are very friendly and considerate, they’ve made no unauthorized transactions I have no problem with them and I would do business with them again.

I would give them ZERO STARS. They call you non stop, text you non stop. Borderline harass you, even when you pay your payment every month. Always have new people in and out of that office, can't ever imagine why. This company is a literal joke
