First Financial Credit, Russell Springs, KY

My husband and I got a loan over a year ago with this company and paid them off. This week they had called my husband back to see about us getting some more money which is absolutely fine. But then the women in this branch ran my credit without ever calling and speaking to me. Didn’t call to verify with me I wanted a loan, verify my income from last time, and for sure didn’t ask permission to do a hard credit pull on me. My husband and I could of been separated, I may have not wanted it and he did, there are so many things they should have verified and did not. When I called to ask why this was done I was told it wasn’t necessary to call me since we had a previous loan. I’m not sure about everyone else but if my credit will be pulled I need to know about it no matter what. For sure will never be doing business with this company again and will never recommend anyone there. If you want safety and confidence in where your social is and your credit pulls I for sure would look somewhere else to borrow money!
