Absolutely love this bank and everyone that works / serves at the Shelbyville location! I would give 10 stars if I could!

Karen is a great person. She was very helpful and take pride in her job.

Do not bank here. Had a plain normal checking account when it it was American Founders then Main Source. After they bought out American Founders and Main Source, they changed my account to a "Premium" account. Charging 15\monthly service fee for years because account was under set amount. I would give less than 1 star if possible. Will be changing banks ASAP and suggest you as well. This is just plain shady business practices and hope FF Bank reap what they sew. Always tried to bank locally, but guess time to move on to a national bank.
