Couldn't have been any easier. My toughest part was getting there. As soon as I got there, they were expecting me, I went in and sat down with the loan processor. My info was entered and shortly I received my approval. My mower had decided to quit on me so I needed the help to replace it. This loan experience was great as were the people.

Extremely unprofessional. Poor communication and hardly ever answer the phone. Was at a car lot and told I would receive a call in a few minutes with a decision. I had to call them the next day after calling 3 times after waiting for an hour at the lot. Intrest rates over 20 percent and the office is extremely small in which you and 5 other people are sitting next to each other calling out your information. Avoid if you can.

Staff made zero effort. They simply plug in numbers and that's it, instead of working with customers. Staff should have offered multiple options, i.e. reducing amount requested etc. I suppose some places don't pay their employees to think. We ended up going with their competitor. OMF's loss.

Had a wonder experience. Mary was so nice and helped me with all my questions. Highly recommend her and the whole team.
