Their super friendly and very knowledgeable staff made me feel right at ease with all of my loan questions. Together, staff and I worked out a sufficient loan amount that would get me where I wanted to be and even had a little left over to spare to treat myself to a long overdue vacation. Applied online and told I qualified for both unsecure and secure loan. Received a call the following business day. When called I believe he did another application because my husband said he received another credit alert. After majority of the day passed by, I received a call that said “I have been working on your loan all day and we can’t get you approved. Thank you for applying.” He was going to get off the phone without an explanation. So I asked why and he told me I don’t know it’s your income. It was like he started making up excuses why he could not approve me. So I called the Dixie Highway location and per him he could not even get into the file and he was confused as well as to the reason why our loan was not approved. I am 100% not satisfied with the service that I received. I will be making a call to the corporate office.

All the employees at this location make me feel like part of family. They're always very helpful and very understanding when it comes to life events and make every effort possible to help. I would recommend anyone to use their services if they are in need.

Had a previous loan with this financial institution before moving to this location in shepherdsville That worked out perfectly smooth through all steps. After trying to accept an offer I received for this institution to increase my amount, I then tried to get a loan from them. Even with an appointment established, they were still not prepared. After waiting over 30 minutes I was only left with an attitude from the loan officer assisting me because I asked why this process was taking so much longer than the first time I experienced working with this institution at a different location. Furthermore, when asking why I was given different interest rates even though I was told it would be one rate they did not even have the answer for me. They told me they could make a phone call if I really needed to know. In my opinion that's just unacceptable and given a normal person's life routine and having to go to work, I did not have time to put up with any more of their incompetence. I would go to a different location before accepting a loan from this company!!

Absolutely the worst place to deal with. Call to get a payoff and refuse to give. Said I’m allowed to call and make a payment on a loan but to get a payoff I am not allowed. They’ve provided this information in the past. Will be glad to be done with these people in a week.
