Heights Finance, Winchester, KY

So a few months ago I thought it would be a good idea to take out a small loan to help build my credit. Then next thing I know a couple credit cards later all had all these payments due at all different times and it was so hard to keep up with everything. That’s when i got a piece of mail from Heights Finance pre approving me for a small loan. So I thought way not, let’s pay everything off and make it all one payment one time a month. And thanks to my loan officer (Mrs. Sherrie) it was mostly done over the phone, quick, easy, simple, and such a relief not stressing about it anymore. The employees here will do any and everything possible to help you when you need it most. Thanks again ladies! And a special thank you to Sherrie!!!

They were very helpful when it came to help me with getting a loan. They were also very nice and friendly. It didn't even take but a few minutes to get approved and the staff were awesome. I'd recommend them over anyone

Was very pleased with how these ladies handle their customers. At heights finance in Winchester Ky their customers really do come first. They go above and beyond. I talked with Jeanie on the phone for maybe a total of 15 minutes and that is 2 different calls and then I go in the next day to sign papers with Becky and get my check. She had everything ready and was very quick about the whole process but at the same time made sure I knew exactly what I was signing.

absolutely loves these ladies! they are always on top of their work and have an answer for every question i ask. i enjoy the follow up calls they make to make sure i am okay and don’t need anything. wonderful people! wonderful service!
