I went to this place at the last minute a nervous wreck trying to figure out how I was going to pay an urgent bill . Kara was super friendly and nice as well as patient with helping me [ hence , I went 12 minutes until closing] . She didn't have an attitude, act like she didn't want to be there, or anything . Kara and kacie They lie, I called more then once to find out if they take my account the lady said, Do you have a bank that’s been open for more then 30 days , Do you have deposits going into that account, I said yes well come up here I called again and asked her can she make sure they take my bank account and she said the same thing now mean while I live in Colfax La , So Monday I get a ride up there for the lady to call my bank and ask if they could HCH my account my bank said no because, So I called my bank my self and talk to a supervisor and they said yes they do , So I can the Cash Advance on three way the lady heard the person from my account say yes they can HCH from my account as long as I give them my checking account and routing number and the lady at Cash Advance told him to note my account and she told me to come back up there. So here I go back up there again the wasnt in the office so I asked the lady if she was in and the lady sitting there with a mean look on her face like i really don’t want to serve you.. So once again they call my bank and ask if my account can be HCH and they said no well I called my bank and gave them the information they need to get into my account and they said yes my account can be HCh , So called there head quarters to complain because not once did they lie to me but twice .. Then it went from they couldn’t do it because I didn’t have no transactions from my checking account and all my transactions was from my debit card , But I thought my debit card was hooked up to my checking account.. These people just lie.. I’m waiting there corporate to call me back I really feel like they said no because they never heard of my bank which is very rude.Everybody don’t want no regular banking account and for you to turn someone down because you never heard of their bank is very rude.. and tell customers the truth just don’t say do you a open account for more then 30 days and don’t say do you have deposits going in that account.. I really wish i could give them no stars I DON’T GO HERE VERY BAD BUSINESS
