Tower Loan, Alexandria, LA

I'm paying tower loan out & don't want to ever do business with them again. When I first received my loan I filled out an agreement that stated if I was to become hospitalized tower loan would pick up payments. I had 2 surgeries between July-September of 2021 I had proof but still was treated like I'm one of those people who just didn't want to pay their bills. Smh. I wish I could remember the disrespectful female who spoke with me. I would post her name. So unprofessional. I hope this helps someone.

The Manager there is Grady and he is very Rude. He does not know his job and likes to threaten his customers with laws that are incorrect. His Customer service is horrible. The reason for the star are the other workers. Grady does not confirm documents on mortgage loan amounts before closing. I personally had an account closed because he did this. I love Tower Loan but I do not like working with this office because of him.

Bought furniture through Browns and they use Tower Loan for the financing. Had to pay within 2 years for interest free, I paid sometimes 2 months at a time, I was late on a couple of months, but when I went to pay it off (just had loan one year) I had to pay the rest of the loan and all the interest . They said if you don't make the monthly payments on time then the interest free if canceled. Was never told that. Will not use them. only gave them 1 star because it would not let me post with out marking a star.

This place has horrible customer service. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I was talking on the phone with one of the workers and she hung up in my face.

Very unprofessional. Cursed me out and hung up in my face. Refused to give names and district managers number. Will here from an attorney.
