Horrible customer service.

I was told, by the branch manager, that I could use a Power of Attorney (a legal document that is recognized by the state) to come in and handle a loan consolidation for my father... - After taking a day off of work to come in and take care of this, that same branch manager told me that he could not accept this document and that my dad would have to take off of work and come in to sign instead. The young lady helping with the documents told us that his supervisor, Lori, told him that TowerLoan does not allow the use of PoAs. - Cool; why didn't he call me and tell me that when he found out? Why let me waste a workday to come down here, when you knew that I wasn't going to be able to handle what you said that I could?!?
