Very professional loan officer. But your AP is horrible. I canceled my account. My credit score is too good to be paying 33%. This is a interstate coast to coast robbery.

I called my local onemain 3 days ahead of time before my automatic payment came to change my payment day to the following week. Onemain forgot to cancel my original automatic payment day so my checking account was put in a bind that week (meaning - status) and they still had the next payment still schedule like I asked. I called them to comfort them about the same day they took the 1st payment out and they told me they will send me the payment back in form of a check in 7 to 14 days .

Carmen was fantastic! she was very helpful from beginning to end, she was very patient and courteous, explained everything step by step! I will definitely refer family and friends.

Dont get a loan from this company! You will be paying almost double of what you recieve (Ex. Borrow 2000 pay 3900 back)& they will have you to put insurance on your loan in case you lose your job etc. However, if you need to use that insurance they will play games and make it where its impossible for you to file a claim. I lost my job and not only was no compassion given, staff was rude and demanding.
