Shy is amazing! She greeted me as soon as I came in even though she was with another customer (that is a big deal to me whenever I go to any business). She was fast, efficient, friendly, and so sweet. Many customers came in after me, but she kept her cool and handled everyone with the same sweet attitude and attention as the person before. Excellent, excellent service. I will definitely be returning and I recommend this location to everyone. I have never been to Ace before today, but I highly recommend seeing Shy at the O’Neal location! From this experience, I can tell that I will get the same consistently wonderful service every time I come in. Thanks for the great service, Shy! You’re amazing! Never change.
