I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year! NEVER been late on not even ONE payment. LESS than 30 days late for a PARTIAL payment and they report to equifax that I was TWO MONTHS LATE! Steve the so called manager said he would look into and call me back, never got a call back, I had to call him! TWICE! All the staff is RUDE! Robert does nothing but LIE! The woman who answers the phone HUNG UP IN MY FACE! 100000%%%% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! EVER!!!!! I’ve dealt with MULTIPLE loan companies and this is by far the WORST!

I would not recommend this company to finance anything. Steve is a bully of a person and is totally unreasonable. If you look the company up on Better Business Bureau their grade is an "F". That should speak for itself. I urge anyone looking to finance, please please look some place else.

The experience was unprofessionall, do not how to handle customers phone conversation was horrible I would advise anyone to avoid these people. They do not try to help you, they will do everything possible not to help, they will lend you money. Be careful at your own expense.

After dealing with them for a year paying on time the pandemic happened which set us back but I called them and caught back up then my unemployment got cut off so I had no income plus it’s hard to find a job where I live right now so I wasn’t about to pay again but I will still making whatever payments I could but I was unable to make a few after that now I get served with papers saying that their suing me for 2,225.04 I advised anyone who’s thinking about getting a loan to think twice I’m so upset at the fact when I was fair behind I didn’t hear nothing but once I caught up and missed a few payments then they want to sue
