I've never borrowed from this company, but I encountered this company when they called my place of employment listed for the borrower I told the rep the person no longer works here & I mentioned I've already told this to someone.. The very rude rep replied with a attitude "well u never told me" & hung up... My point is if u can't call & conduct yourself with professionalism how on earth are u gonna conduct yourself with a customer..... This company I'm sure is & will lose a lot of business with this young lady working for them....
