My experience was very professional at this branch and my agent Sierra was very helpful, courteous and informative in explaining each part of the documents.

Very harassing business manager. I had to cancel a scheduled payment because my next check was on Christmas Day and before I could reschedule it he calls my cell and my place of business which is a number I never gave them so I’m assuming they found it on my social media page. Complete violation of privacy. As far as one main goes in itself they are great but do NOT go to this branch for business.

Jonathan at the Siegen branch in Baton Rouge was great, he worked really hard to make sure my family got what we needed

The people are very friendly. The service is good. So if you ever need a loan go there.

I really enjoyed the process. It took maybe two days to finally get my loan but my loan officer was extremely friendly and helpful. And I got my loan within an hour or so of completing it. I am very pleased with the process here!
