Great customer service

I have been a customer for a long time (Bossier). Previous encounters with staff has been excellent even though they change quite frequently. But yesterday's experience was unacceptable. This is a new crew from the last month. They were condescending, eye rolling, demeaning, impatient with critical murmuring. Simply because I thought I made a different transaction last payment. They couldn't find my file because files were scsttered everywhere. unlike previous times when they would pull my file before they even attempt to assist me. Totally unprofessional, unorganized and down right nasty attitudes. I will pay this off and NEVER enter this place again.
