I encountered the most miserable, unpleasant and unprofessional thing ever by the name of Debra. She was very negative and rude. She hate her job obviously. Only reason I'm giving it one star is because I have rate it as something.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. THEY TALK ABOUT SEX AND OTHER PERSONAL THINGS WHILE YOU ARE SITTING THERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE. I WENT THERE AT 2PM AND WAITED FOR AN EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION FOR 3 HOURS THAT NEVER WAS SENT OVER. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. ONE LADY ADDRESSED HERSELF AS AN ACCOUNT MANAGER AND THE OTHER 2 ASKED WHY DID SHE BECAUSE SHE'S NOT AS FOR ME IF YOU ARE HANDLING ACCOUNTS THEN YOU ARE AN ACCOUNT MANAGER. MAYBE THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR POSITION AND WAS UPSET THAT SHE ADDRESSED HERSELF AS SHE SHOULD. ONE LADY WAS LAID BACK IN HER CHAIR COVERED IN A SHIRT OR SOMETHING CRAVING ICE CREAM. I DON'T GET IT THIS SAME PERSON ASKED MY EMPLOYER IF SHE WAS WHO SHE SAID SHE WAS LIKE WHO DOES THAT....IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK THEN GO HOME...THERE IS A TIME AND PLACE FOR EVERYTHING AND WORK IS NOT THE TIME OR PLACE FOR PLAYING OR BEING UNPROFESSIONAL.

Very unprofessional and very rude i didnt even take out a loan and they where ghetto!

They ask for too much aren't willing to help and not friendly at all on the phone
