I don’t know what all has experienced with the office, but I will tell you that Ms. Tanisha and now Ms. Amber have been beautiful souls! Again, I don’t know the positions of others but, as I talk to them they are pleasant and kind to understand the trying times that may come to pass. We all have issues, just talk to them and they’ll help!

This office has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! They are disrespectful & unprofessional!! I will never deal with them again! Take your business elsewhere!

I had a existing loan with 2 payments left, I called in advance and ask if I could get 300 dollar and refinance my loan, they called me back and said I was approved. What passes me off about this so called loan company is they had to pull another hard Inquiry which brought my credit report down 4 points, then when I got there to fill out my paperwork they had it wrote up for over 1000 dolars with 26 months worth of payments with almost 500 worth of finance charges. I left then came back and paid off my old loan in full. What they did was very sneaky, greedy, and very unprofessional. I will never use this financial trap company again. They should be ashamed.

When my husband and I purchased our wedding bands in March, we decided to utilize 0% interest financing to spread out our overall wedding costs as a way to limit the burden. We had not heard of Tower Loan prior to our jeweler's connection to them. Since then, I continue to be disappointed by their PREDATORY techniques. They call and mail loan offers frequently even though I've repeatedly asked for it to stop. They force you to pay in person each month if you do not want to pay a transaction fee per payment of up to 4%. And when I am forced to walk into their office to pay the account, they try to convince me that I need to take out more loans. Frankly, it's the worst feeling to have - thinking about all the ripped off people who take the money without understanding the consequences because the reps smile and ask nicely - and it's been five months of this. Today, when the woman at the counter asked me if she could give me money today, I calmly (but not happily) said "I'm standing here with my checkbook ready to make my payment, so no, I do not want you to give me any money today." She then quickly elevated the situation all the way to screaming. I explained to her that I'm fed up with their methods and she claimed that it wasn't her personally doing it so I needed to get rid of my attitude (you know, because I owe her something...who's the customer?). I asked her to bring those people up here then. I'm happy to talk with them directly. Then she tried to make me sit in a chair and wait for her manager, but that was when her manager walked through the door. When he asked what was going on, I explained my frustration and that she refused to help me. She adamantly denied it, of course. Another employee that witnessed the interaction asked for the woman to head to the back of the office and he took my payment. I could barely write the check, I was shaking so much. The manager, in his surely infinite wisdom considering he's a manager of a quick cash place, sent her back to the front counter as if nothing happened. She was back in her seat before I had even signed my check. This company gets one star because of their extremely poor customer service, predatory methods, and consideration only for the money they make and not for the customers they serve. I will pay my loan off in full well before they make a dime off of me and never look back.

I called in to make my payment on Saturday one day before my grace period ended normally they are open is Saturday from 8 to 12 but last Saturday they didn’t open at all besides all that I don’t think it’s fair to the customers to have to pay a late fee when you know that you where not open on a day you should have been I just feel it’s shady business

Tower loan of bossier city!! They are THE WORST!!!! Please stay away from them. They don’t work with you and threaten you to file a lawsuit they don’t care if you have a hard time. They came to my neighbors house and knocked on the door like crazy every week This is horrible company ever!!! They are very rude!! My neighbor should call the cop for them to do that because she has kids that scared when they knock on the door like that!! I think she should report this company to BBB. HORRIBLE LOAN COMPANY!!!

Absolute WORST company to get a loan from. They do not care about their customers. They only care about their money. They do not care if you're a single mom who had their job close down suddenly. They will not work with you. They do not care if you are still paying as much as you can, when you can. If it's not enough they will still threaten to file a lawsuit. They are the only company threatening to file a lawsuit. The only ones not working with me after I went through rough times and have been trying to catch up. and then I had 3 different amounts told to me that I had to pay to avoid a lawsuit. I emailed corp to ask for my payoff amount because I refuse to speak to these people at this office and of course nobody wants to get back to me. Then somebody from the bossier office texts me from a personal number and I responded asking for my payoff so I can schedule the payoff and I can literally see they read my message and they have given me no response. Uh do you want money or nah?? Do you not realize it tells me you read my message? So I know you saw me asking for my payoff and giving a date I'll be paying it. Selfish, greedy, absolutely awful company. YALL SUCK!!
