We absolutely love our girls at the Security Finance in Breaux Bridge our girl Jada is amazing. Ms. Heddy Brown the assistant manager is always so helpful. If we need extra funds to get through these girls are the ladies to come to.

I have never applied for a loan and this was my first and bad experience especially with customer service. The lady, her name wasn’t “Jada” it’s was something totally different, I was on the phone with was being highly disrespectful, I couldn’t even finish a full sentence without her interrupting me and constantly cutting me off as I try to answer questions as thorough as possible. When I also try to explain to her what was going on with student loans to give a better understanding, she replied , “I didn’t ask you for all that.” I also had to travel and ended up having to turn around because of “complications” that I was willing to show in person. She was getting upset because I couldn’t hear her because her Bluetooth headset was acting up and one of her comments were “OMG!” & I heard good things about this company, but it’s an absolute no for me.

Mrs Jada at the Breaux Bridge branch is the absolute best been coming here for many years! They always take the best care of you!
