I finally decided to take there offer since this company constantly mail me offer to get a loan. I applied online and everything seem to be going good but like wise to good to be true with a loan company like this one. This company need to make it very clear not to waste people time because just like you we the people are trying to take care of business also. You guys already know first hand who does and don’t approve for a loan so “make that clear” on the website . They’ll have you thinking you are approve for a loan, the whole time they will email you out of courtesy like that supposed to make a difference... hahaha . That I didn’t appreciate another sour business for the books.

I love these people! We have been with One Main for approximately 4 years now. It's a bit pricey but they were there to help us when we needed them! Moving into our house, going on vacation, etc. Recently my husband, who is the bread winner, has had some health issues that has put him down. He works but not nearly as much as he used to! We have been having trouble making our payments! These people have been so sweet and so patient with us! They have tried everything to help us keep up. Stefanie is my lil angel! I highly recommend One Main Finance to everyone! If you keep in touch with them they will go above and beyond to help in your time of need! God bless one Main Finance!

I went on there website to check my rates to consolidate credit cards. It clearly says will not hurt your credit to check your rate. This is not true they do a hard pull instead of a soft pull. It does hit your credit score. I was offered a unsecured loan and will not take it because of this false advertisement. I spoke to the branch manager who could only give me a address to dispute it. I called back for a number to call a main office. A different employee took my information to pass it on but again no number to call. When I explained the situation she told me she never uses the website. I did not ask you to use your website. I asked you to look at it and become familiar with what the company is advertising. This is bad business. If you are going to do a hard pull advertise correctly. Some people care about there credit scores. Hopefully someone higher up will see this post and reach out with a answer.

The ladies at this office make it personal. They are friendly, caring and we believe looking out for you. Their advise and efforts to make things go smoothly is outstanding. If you want the best, go to them. Steph and Jill are the bomb. Thanks ladies for having our backs.
