Tower Loan, Covington, LA

Been with Tower loan for going on 12 years now. I have had ups and downs but nothing ever as rude and disrespectful as the person who called today. I am behind 2 months (my own reasons) and have been behind worse before in the years. Someone has of course called and asked why and how they could help. But today, nothing of the sort, Jordan (not sure if he is a Manger or what) called and said I was behind. I told him yes I know, he then said without care ok if you can't pay today we will sue you. I told him excuse me, sue me wow now I don't want to even speak to you. He said ok then we will be filing for a law suit and hung up. There was no concern, respect, help , just nothing but aggressive unnecessary meanness. After 12 years this person has ruined my faith in this company!!

I had written a negative review before but once the manager, Jordan hear about our issues, he got on the ball and fixed literally every complaint we had. I am really shocked at how much they will help you out when you get in a bind, and work w ith you when you need a few extra days. Really amazing team jn Covington!

Would not do business with them again after my loan is paid off - they are very rude and their interest rates are to high . I loved it when it was Harrison loan company

Ask for the manager if they receptionist isnt the most polite.

If I could give it less than a 1 star I would. Im grateful that I finally paid this loan off as of today. Post Covid and losing my job I needed a little grace like most millions of Americans did. Between doing business with the Covingtion and Kenner LA office all I got was threats and demands. Getting this loan only became a living nightmare in the time I had to do business with this company. Pre Covid I was always on time with my payments and only fell behind 2 months in which was caught up pretty quickly. Which was only due to losing my job because of a pandemic. This company made my life a living hell because of that then it already was post covid. Im glad Im done with this company never to do business again!!!!

The manager tries to bully you with threats. That is not how business works. It has been said; you get more with sugar than vinegar. I CAN'T wait till he leaves. If I could give him a -1 I would do just that.

Several years ago I had a non friendly conversation with someone there. They said because the person i was talking to was black i was a racist and if they were white you would not talk to them this way. I said you do not know who I am nor where I came from. I really did not know who I was talking to nor interested to who it was
