I would give them 0 but it won’t let me. One of the biggest scams and worst companies I’ve ever worked with. Would not recommend to anyone.

I’m an essential worker during COVID, yet my boyfriend due to the stay-at-home was laid off. 3 weeks in counting he has not received his unemployment. When I explained this to harbor, instead of being understanding I was warned that if I didn’t pay on time that it would affect my credit. We are in a world crisis, and they are the ONLY company I’ve spoken with that is showing zero mercy or offering payment plans without affect someone’s credit/collections. Shame on y’all!! A sad, money hungry company that I will never use again.

Do not do business with these people at all. I was lied too to my face. I had received a statement from their corporate office that didn't coincide with my papers. And when I confronted them they lied to my face again. They are dishonest and above all enjoy taking advantage of people who are in a crisis. The old saying treat people how you want to be treated, they should learn it. Please do not go there they will screw you.

Horrible customer service skills, do not return calls when they tell you they will. As a business if you tell someone you will call them back, you need to do so, even of you think the customer will not be happy with your call back. Also terms of endearment such as sweetie, honey ect should not be used when speaking to your customer as well as just their first name shouldn't be used, unless customer says to just call them by their first name and especially if you are not going to identify yourself, which is something that should come when answering the phone.

Cause have no 0 to put. Had a loan for several years with them. I am disabled now and even had the insurance for that and still brought judgement against me. I have always paid, been good customer and just cause I have had surgery, haven't been able to work in over a year, also served my country, they want to get a judgement against me instead of filing my disability insurance I was paying for.
