Everything in the process was handled professionally and with concern. My wife Bell made a phone call spoke with Lisa and she made every effort to help us. I (Bell) did notice it was team work at the office. Each rep. was involved in getting our loan processed effectively. We would recommend this office (Gonzales, La.) to family and friends. .We both appreciate. you guys helping us.

Ms. Verna is the absolute best. I haven’t actually gotten my loan yet, but I am very impressed that she took the time out and spoke to me as if she’s always known me. She listened to my reasons and everything. I definitely didn’t feel like “just another person”... I am looking forward to meeting her and I’m very excited for my future as a customer with this business!

Do not get a loan from this place or any omf. Customer service is great with the exception of being misleading. I was under the impression that if I paid off as much of the loan as possible in the first few months I would not have to pay as much in interest. Not with their loans. Currently I owe approximately 1100 on a 6600$ loan. This month I have payed 215$ towards the loan of which on only about 40$ was actually applied towards the principle. They use The Rule of 78 with their loans. This rule has been outlawed in many states and why it is allowed in La is beyond me. It is a TRAP! You pay more interest towards the beginning of your loan which would make sense, except that I dont owe 6600$ any more. I only owe 1100$ and they are charging more interest than what's actually owed on the loan. Do not fall into the same trap that I did. I thought I was being smart with a no prepayment penalty, but its almost irrelevant with The Rule of 78.

I love this place ,they are so friendly and care about your needs, and really make it possible for you to get the money you need for a unexpected emergency. Or just needing money for a car, or a much needed Vacation, ectra. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced at a loan office. One Main is my first choice and only choice when I need a loan
