Been with them for years and they are really great. They worked with me when times got bad and were always professional. Their rates are fair compared to other companies. Only thing I wish they had is an online payment system where you can monitor your remaining balance too.

Haven't got any call back from the owner about my car! Very rude! Came to repo! Car drove all the way from baton rouge to Gonzales by repo man! Went paid the car out went to start plugged up the battery the fan came on car wouldn't start! Was told a million and one stories about who touched the car! Called back to speak to owner was told the owner said get the car off her property! How when they screwed it up and it wont start!! She never even took time out to see what was going on horrible service
