Stay far far away from this place. Majority of the people that works there is young and unprofessional. When you pay your bill on time there's no problems but once when you fall behind they want to degrade you especially the so-called manager name Sonia she doesn't have respect for nobody she wants to downplay you and demand stuff from you even after you tell them your situation its not never good enough. How can a company hire very unprofessional kids to work at an adult company. If I could rate this company a zero I would some of them that work there need to take a class on professionalism which they lack of they are very ghetto.

Tower loans bought out Harrison financial which is the place I had a loan with. They never decided to tell me I had payments to make with them until about 2 months later. They say they have no proof of the last 2 payments I had made to Harrison financial and those payments won’t count towards my loan with them. They charged me late fees for a month that I didn’t even owe them any payments because I stay ahead of the payments. Yet they still charged me late fees and say there is no way they can take them off. And after all that, they don’t report to any credit bureaus. This place is a joke and they will do nothing but screw with your money. I did my even get a loan with place and they are screwing me over. Go somewhere else to get a loan.

STAY AWAY!!! The worst company ever. Waste of time. They are not professional and they do not work with you regardless of your circumstances. DO NOT APPLY HERE EVER!! I tried to give them a chance and I see why they have the bad reviews. All the reviews are true do not apply here!!

This company is not professional at all. I submít a complaint no one response ! So I paid off and they will NEVER Have MY Business again. Very poor' quality of service .Upper manager must seen to think customer dont have a opinion.

Loan sharks - do not use under any circumstances.

The manager of this store has a horrible attitude. She constantly talks over her employees while they are trying to assist you. When on the phone with one employee you can hear her in the back ground making comments. I will say that all the other people that works there are very nice and professional, while the MANAGER is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Worst loan place we have ever used, have done business with them for going on 2 yrs and no more now. We hit a rough patch for 6 months and we’re late on a couple payments (but did make all of them) and was told every time that it would not effect a new loan we were looking to get in October. Well guess what paid them 2 lump payments to get the account current and only have 1 payment left on the loan and now that it’s October they say we cannot get another loan after paying this one off in full early, solely because of payment history. Her credit score is higher, income is higher and loan has been paid back but now they won’t even offer a $1. Looks like they take their 33% interest and then are done with you. I was lied to so they could get paid and when it came time for new loan all of a sudden they don’t remember any of that! STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!

I have an account with them, they are the rudest people I have dealt with in all my years. Very unprofessional, and rude. I see why they have bad reviews
