The people were real friendly. Service was impeccable. I got my money with it minutes. They were lifesavers due to an unexpected bill that was due with pay day days away. Thankful for them!!!!

Marion provided awesome service. I called and told her what I needed and she didn’t until I was approved!!

I want to make it known. I have been calling just for a peace of mind. Ms. Marion was kind and helpful for the short time that I spoke with her. My primary representative was Ms. Cindy. Her attitude , I'm sure, is the primary reason she is "Ms." instead of "Mrs.". Again, I just wanted a peace of mind on my balance. They overcharged me quite a bit and I've had to miss several bills due to that. She was extremely rude, unhelpful, and just downright uncooperative. The same questions I asked Ms. Marion, I asked her. I got more "I don't knows" than I've ever had. At the end of everything, she started to get more rude with me because I wanted to speak with someone since she said that she was no longer in charge. She angrily gave me the information, then rushed me off the phone saying that she had someone in front of her. I'm sure no one would want to work with someone who is as disrespectful as her. I do not recommend this place at all. If you do go, ask for Ms. Marion!!

I have been doing business with First Franklin financial in Hammond la for a few years now. Not to brag...well a little, they have been the best institute I have had any loan services through. All of their employees are super friendly and helpful. Their loan application process has always been quick and easy. I also appreciate that they don't always call trying to get me to refinance my loan. They do ask from time to time and that is fine. Also their rates are fantastic. I have referred them many many time to friends and family and will continue to do so. If you need a loan give first Franklin a call!
